I'm Wilfried Desvergne, a French 3D artist based in Paris. What drives me is art direction — the obsessive pursuit of a visual identity that feels inevitable. Not just making things look good, but building a world around an idea where every detail, every light, every material serves a larger intention. Experimentation is at the core of how I work. I'm rarely interested in the straightforward read. Abstraction, for me, is not a style — it's a tool. A way to add a layer of meaning that a clean product shot or a literal illustration never could. The tension between the real and the abstract is where the most interesting visuals live. My practice spans luxury, automotive, film, branding and experimental art direction — working with agencies and directly with brands across a wide range of industries and visual languages. I believe the strongest work is the kind that stops you without immediately explaining itself.
